Terms and conditions

These terms govern the provision by Nicolas Gonzalez, trading as Jengo, of services for the formation and administration of corporate structures in Mauritius, as described on the site.

Incorporation covers forming the company, drafting the constitutive documents and filing with the competent Mauritian authorities.

The monthly subscription covers the recurring services corresponding to the tier subscribed, as detailed on the Pricing page.

Stated timelines run from receipt of a complete file. They do not include the time taken by the Mauritian authorities, over which Jengo has no control.

Prices are expressed in United States dollars. Government fees and regulatory licences are passed through at actual cost, with no markup, in addition to the amounts shown.

Incorporation is payable on order. The subscription is payable monthly, in advance.

Consumers residing in the European Union have fourteen days to withdraw, without giving a reason.

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, this right can no longer be exercised once the service has been fully performed before the end of that period, with your prior express agreement and waiver of that right. Filing an incorporation application with the Mauritian authorities constitutes such a start of performance.

The provider is bound by an obligation of means. It cannot be held liable for any refusal, delay or additional request from the Mauritian authorities, nor for inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client.

These terms are governed by Mauritian law. Any dispute falls within the jurisdiction of the courts of Mauritius, subject to the mandatory consumer protection rules applicable in the consumer's country of residence.

These terms are drawn up in French and in English. In the event of any discrepancy between the two versions, the French version prevails, the English version being provided for information only.
