- Any individual or legal entity, resident in Mauritius or not. At least one director must be appointed and a registered office declared on Mauritian territory.
- What is the real timeline?
- The timeline starts when your complete documents are received, not at first contact. An incomplete file is the single most common cause of delay.
- What is included?
- Incorporation covers forming the company, drafting the constitutive documents and filing with the Registrar of Companies. The subscription covers the registered office, annual filing and portal access, then compliance and secretarial from the Pro tier upwards.
- What is not included?
